Lindy Ryan, President Black Spot Books, Voted to IBPA Board
IBPA board member Kristina Radke (NetGalley) then presented a recommended slate of six candidates to serve on the IBPA board for two-year terms starting July 1, 2020. The slate, developed by an 11-person IBPA Board Nominating Committee, of which Ms. Radke was a member, included four incumbent board members and two who would be newly elected:
- Karen Pavlicin-Fragnito, Publisher, Elva Resa Publishing (incumbent)
- Kelly Peterson, Director of Digital Strategy, Independent Publishers Group (incumbent)
- Lindy Ryan, President, Black Spot Books
- Kathy Strahs, Founder, Burnt Cheese Press (incumbent)
- Victoria Sutherland, Founder & Publisher, Foreword Magazine, Inc.
- Peter Trimarco, Co-Founder & Publisher, Notable Kids Publishing (incumbent)
